1. Drink A Glass Of Water When You Wake

Dehydration can cause a feeling of tiredness, it can also disrupt your mood. Instead of allowing this feeling, just take a glass of water to refresh your system.
2. Play Some Nice Songs
Music has the power to influence one’s mood. Use this attribute of music to your advantage. Play songs that will set you in a good mood for your day.
3. Exercise

When you wake up, stretch out your body with some form of exercise this will help boost your energy level and brain alertness.
4. Wash Or Splash Your Face With Water

Washing your face with water or having your bath has a way of alerting your body that it is time to get active for your everyday routine.
5. Don’t Skip Breakfast
Skipping the first meal in the morning impacts our energy levels negatively. It works against our ability to pay good attention, and restlessness gradually builds up. To avoid all of these after washing your face, drinking water, and exercising, breakfast should come next.
When you follow the above steps, you will notice that you can now wake up early without feeling tired and grumpy.
How To Wake Up Early Without Alarm
You can train yourself to wake up early without an alarm by following these tips:
1. Go To Bed Early
When you sleep early it is easier for you to wake early, because your body would have rested well for the number of hours it should rest. The opposite of this will happen when you go to bed late. You will most likely be way up late or if you can force yourself out of bed, you will feel tired and sleepy because your body has not rested enough.
2. Keep Your Blinds Open
Do this so the sunlight of the day can wake you up when it shines on you.
